Registration

To register your child/ren at the College, please complete the
Registration of Interest form and return it to the College with a family registration payment of $50. The registration fee of $50 will place your child/ren on prelilminary lists for the year they would begin Year 8 at the College.

Enrolment

Interviews are conducted the year before anticipated entry to the College. Once a satisfactory interview has been completed a $500 deposit confirms the student placement for the following year. The deposit is non refundable but will be deducted from the following years fees.

2009 Fees

1st child                                 $5635 per annum
2nd child                                Less 20% if attending simultaneously
3rd and subsequent children    Less 40% if attending simultaneously 

School fees increase approximately 5% per annum. There are different options regarding the method/payment of College Student fees to suit your situation which include;

Option 1      Payment of Annual fees at the beginning of the school year
Option 2      Payment by Semester (2 per year in February and August)
Option 3      Payment by Term
                  (4 per year February, May, August & November)
Option 4      Payment by Monthly periodical payment through bank account
                  (10 payments February-November)      

Please note: The College is governed and run by a board with a representative from the Baptist Union of Australia, Western Australia included.

Somerville Baptist College does not offer scholarships as we keep our fees as low as possible for students in every Year Level.  Affiliation with a church is not a prerequisite, however students and parents must accept that teachers have the right to interpret knowledge from a Christian perspective.

International Student Fees

$12 000 per annum
$1000.00 bond refundable on withdrawal or graduation from the College.

International students must also have private health cover which may be arranged through the College at an approximate cost of $350 per annum.
